Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will handle the full sales cycle from initial demo calls to closing the deal. You will work closely with warm inbound leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure excellent follow-up on all qualified appointments. If you have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s success while furthering your career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- B2C Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full sales cycle, including a 2-step call process: initial qualification/demo call and a follow-up call to close the deal. Engage in negotiations, manage objections, and ensure smooth and timely deal closures.
- Inbound Lead Handling: Take calls from warm, inbound leads who have expressed interest through demo-like requests. Effectively qualify these leads and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads via emails and calls using OpenPhone. Track and update lead status, sales stages, and related details in the CRM.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and maintain up-to-date records on all leads and opportunities.
- Client Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with prospects and clients. Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication throughout the sales process, while maintaining a neutral accent.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience & Skills: 1+ years of experience in B2C sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience handling full sales cycles, from initial lead contact to closing the deal. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in HubSpot (preferably) or other CRM systems for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining a clean pipeline.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent and excellent presentation skills.
- Mindset & Attributes: Motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple prospects and deals concurrently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with clear performance expectations.

- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintaining a well-organized pipeline with consistent follow-ups and high-quality interactions.
- Successfully closing deals with inbound leads and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Positive feedback from clients regarding the professionalism and helpfulness during the sales process.
