Finance Specialist Job Bluetti Energy
Finance Jobs, Bluetti Energy Jobs. Responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets and financial reports, processing transactions, monitoring expenditure, and supporting financial planning and compliance. Requires a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience . This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Management – Invoice processing, payment tracking, collections, and account maintenance
- Bank & Supplier Reconciliations – Accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier statements, and outstanding balances
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance – Payroll support and accurate processing of PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy, and other statutory deductions
- Tax Compliance – VAT preparation, filing support, tax reconciliations, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements
- Financial Reporting & Ledger Management – Maintenance of financial records, general ledger entries, and preparation of routine financial reports
- Budgeting & Cost Control – Budget preparation support, expense monitoring, variance tracking, and cost analysis
- Procurement & Supplier Coordination – Purchase processing, supplier communication, documentation, and follow-up on deliveries and payments
- Cashbook & M-Pesa Reconciliation – Recording and reconciliation of cash, M-Pesa transactions, and related financial movements
- Internal Controls & Audit Support – Supporting financial controls, documentation, audit preparation, and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA (K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Available to commence immediately.
