HR Management Officer Job TTTI
HR Jobs, Thika Technical Training Institute Jobs. Responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, staff welfare, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws. Requires a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thika.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized Institution.
- Master’s Degree in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Certificate in Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) or equivalent Professional qualification.
- A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or equivalent professional qualification and in good standing.
- Ten (10) years minimum Experience in the Human Resource Field or similar role.
- Proficiency in computer use and applications.
- A management course or leadership course lasting at least four weeks.
- Having proven knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System will be an added advantage.
