At 4G Capital, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior FP&A Manager to help shape financial strategy, influence high-impact decisions, and power our next phase of growth across Africa.
Responsibilities
This isn’t just about budgets and forecasts. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across Kenya and Uganda.
- Turn financial data into compelling insights that influence Board and Executive decisions.
- Drive commercial performance through financial modelling, cost optimization and strategic business partnering.
- Shape future growth through long-range financial planning and new-market expansion models.
- Champion AI-powered finance transformation, leveraging automation and intelligent tools to revolutionize financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services.
- CPA(K) or ACCA qualification and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional Excel financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Strong financial systems capabilities, including FP&A/EPM tools, Power BI and data analytics.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to automate and elevate financial analysis.
- The commercial acumen, confidence and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders and Board-level decisions.
