Responsibilities
- Create project templates, task lists, and timelines.
- Manage project updates and database entries.
- Maintain digital site logs and staff timesheets.
- Monitor daily progress and verify submitted reports.
- Create charts and dashboards to track project status.
- Compare planned timelines with actual progress and flag delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in site operations and installation works.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
- Knowing to ride a motor-bike would be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
