  • Support patient adherence, follow-up, and long-term disease control.
  • Work closely with theatre, OPD, pharmacy, and laboratory teams.

  • Patients are stabilized and proceed safely to surgery.
  • Reduced surgery cancellations related to uncontrolled medical conditions.
  • Strong patient follow-up and continuity of care.
  • Patients feel supported, informed, and well cared for.

IMPORTANT
This is not a general outpatient role.
The position requires:

  • Strong clinical judgment.
  • High personal discipline and consistency.
  • Ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfort working within structured systems and measurable targets.
  • A patient-centred approach grounded in professionalism, compassion, and excellence.
  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine (Registered Clinical Officer).
  • Valid practicing license in Kenya.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a busy medical outpatient setting managing hypertension and diabetes.
  • Formal training in diabetes and hypertension management is an added advantage.
