Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional insurance qualification (CII, ACII, or AIIK)preferred.
- Minimum 7 years’ sales experience, including at least 4 years in direct sales management.
- Proven ability to design and optimize sales strategies that drive revenue and market penetration.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
