How long have you been looking for a job, and what has your job search experience been like?

Looking for a new job didn’t take long. It took me about two months. It was an era signified by lots of changes.

I wanted to move from business development to doing more operations because that’s where my heart is. When I came across the role of Head of Operations, I knew it was right for me, and so I tailored my CV to fit that role.

Where did you hear about corporate staffing and job opportunities?

I learnt about CSS through an online search and there is when I learnt about the role of Head of Operations.

Employers look for someone who fits well with their team, has a good attitude, and has the potential to deliver results. Experience is important, but you need to show how your experience aligns with the job you are applying for.
