This was Dorothy speaking during the project management graduation ceremony. The graduation came after a comprehensive 5-day project management practical training.
Through the training, professionals from various industries were taught practical and hands-on skills in project management. The training covered the essential skills you need and took the professionals through the steps needed to have a successful project.
After the graduation, I spoke with a few of the professionals to get a feeling of their experience and sentiments through the training. Here are a few of the comments;
“At work, I was selected to manage a few projects. I looked up a lot of things in the beginning and was mostly stressed and frustrated through the project.
My boss informed me we would be having a megaproject focusing on healthcare and the community. When he shared the details of the project, I was in shock.
How could they expect me to handle this project?
