This was the resounding message emphasized by Ms. Rebbecca Nyawira during the free CV writing mentorship forum that took place on Friday,19th August at the Corporate Staffing Service Training Center.
During the forum, Ms. Rebbecca Nyawira, the keynote speaker and Head of Career Advisory at Corporate Staffing Service provided professionals with top tips on how to craft eye-catching CVs that helped them stand out among the sea of job applicants competing for few job opportunities.
“ I’m looking forward to venture into a new field from sales to accounting. However, finding a new job in a different field is quite challenging. This forum has taught me how to write a good CV that highlights my previous achievements and demonstrate how my past experiences are relevant to the new career I have embarked on.” Laura, Accounting Graduate
Ms. Rebecca encouraged professionals to continue building their brand through ongoing professional training and illustrated how candidates can format and structure their CVs in ways that accentuated their skills, expertise and accomplishments.
