Who we are:

Dane Studio is a buyer acquisition agency in Nairobi. We run paid ads that move actual product — real estate units, electronics, internet subscriptions. Video is how we hook attention and close it. We study Alex Hormozi, Nike, and the best DTC brands on the planet. That’s the standard.

Who we want:

Editors who think in hooks, pacing, and retention curves — not just cuts and transitions. You’ve edited content that went somewhere — Meta, TikTok, YouTube — and you can tell me why a video held or lost the viewer at second 3.

You should be able to:

• Edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve at speed
• Cut a 30-second ad and a 3-minute case study in the same day
• Sound design, basic motion graphics, color grade — all in-house
• Read a script and improve it in the timeline
• Hit deadlines without being chased

Who we don’t want:

• People who add sound effects to feel busy
• People who can’t take a brief and run with it
• People who ghost when a render fails at 11pm
• The job: You’ll be cutting paid ads, product videos, case study content, and founder/CEO talking-head content across 5+ clients. Output is high. Standard is higher.

Compensation & Expectations

Compensation: KES 50,000 per month.

Note: We offer a clear pathway to performance-based bonuses tied directly to the metrics you help achieve. If you perform, you earn more. Period.
