Diploma, Degree or Higher National Diploma in the relevant field
Pedagogical training (teaching methodology) is mandatory
Registration with TVETA will be an added advantage
Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office and relevant software tools)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality training standards
