Tiling Technical Trainer Job Buildher

Requirements
- Certification in Tiling, Construction Trades, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in tiling and experience in construction industry is an added advantage
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, tools, and finishing
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards in workshop environments
- Strong instructional, facilitation, and communication skills (English & Kiswahili)
- Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical tiling training aligned to industry standards
- Monitor trainee progress, attendance, and performance
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and career support, including internship placement
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of tools and materials
- Maintain training documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
