All Candidates Must:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
