This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key responsibilities also include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring practices
  • Skills in developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with compliance and employment laws is an advantage
