We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Stores & Operations Assistant to support our warehouse and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong inventory management capability, system accuracy, and the ability to drive commercial vehicles.

  • Receive, record, label, and issue materials and supplies.
  • Receive delivered items and verify delivery notes for accuracy.
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely receipt of urgent items and prevent operational delays.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist in stock taking, inventory audits, reconciliations, and provide audit support documentation.
  • Prepare timely and accurate stock reports.
  • Assist in the handling of Daily vehicle Reports (daily inspections, status updates, and follow-ups).
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the stores – attending to visitors, suppliers, and staff.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or front-desk operations is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Tally system is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
  • Valid driving licence with ability to drive up to commercial vehicles.
