Yeza Hotel is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Procurement Officer to join our team.

  • Managing procurement of hotel supplies and materials
  • Monitoring stock and inventory levels
  • Coordinating purchases and supplier deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate store and procurement records
  • Conducting stock audits and inventory checks
  • Ensuring quality and cost-effective procurement practices
  • Processing and managing purchase orders for Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
  • Ensuring proper procurement procedures and approvals are followed

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supplies Management, or a related field
  • Experience in hospitality procurement/storekeeping
  • Knowledge of hotel procurement systems and inventory management
  • Understanding of purchase order processes, especially for Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage inventory effectively
  • Good communication and supplier coordination skills
