Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting & verifying all incoming goods against purchase orders
- Managing and organising aluminium profiles, glass sheets, hardware & consumables
- Issuing materials to production teams upon authorised requisition
- Maintaining accurate stock records & conducting daily, weekly & monthly stock counts
- Monitoring reorder levels & alerting management at minimum thresholds
- Preparing & submitting stock reports to the CEO & Accountant
- Implementing FIFO principles to minimise wastage & spoilage
- Supporting the Accountant during audits with accurate inventory records
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Stock Management, Store Keeping, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
- Certificate in Inventory Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience in stores, warehousing or stock control.
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory/stock management software or ERP systems.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills & unquestionable integrity.
