Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Organize and maintain proper storage of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Issue stock to sales or delivery teams as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
Delivery Support
- Assist in dispatching goods to customers or sales teams.
- Use a motorcycle to deliver items when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Record Keeping & Systems
- Update stock records using basic computer systems.
- Maintain accurate manual and digital records.
- Prepare simple reports on stock movement and balances.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company procedures for stock handling and storage.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained within the store.
- Report any damages, losses, or incidents promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum KCSE certificate.
- Previous experience in a store or warehouse setup.
- Valid motorcycle riding license.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel or simple inventory systems).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Physically fit and able to handle stock movement.
- Familiarity with Dandora and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
