Balozi Regulated Non-WDT Sacco Society Ltd is seeking to recruit dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join its team as Sales Representatives to achieve the Sacco’s strategic marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Sacco products and services to potential members
- Recruit new members and grow the Sacco’s membership base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve agreed sales targets within set timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in Sacco sales or a similar role will be an added advantage.
Terms of Engagement:
- Renewable contract, subject to performance
- Remuneration: Purely commission-based
