Role Objective:
Our client is seeking to recruit a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customers to increase sales opportunities
- Promote and sell workshop products and services to both individual and corporate clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports including daily, weekly, and monthly updates
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and stock demand
- Ensure products are well presented and displayed where necessary
- Carry out any additional sales-related duties assigned by management
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
