Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, or related
- 2+ years’ experience in hardware products sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the hardware, construction, or building materials market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-driven, aggressive, and able to work independently
- Strong network within hardware shops, distributors and contractors is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
