Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in B2C sales, preferably in education, insurance, real estate, or similar sectors
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
