Gamewatchers Safaris is seeking to recruit a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to support tour operations, fam trip coordination, and marketing activities within the Marketing Department.

We are looking for a candidate with foundational experience in marketing coupled with basic sales knowledge on tour operations and sales, who is passionate about travel, customer experience, and destination management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content coordination.
Assist in coordinating fam trips enquiries and bookings for agents, media, and trade partners.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within a tour operating company, DMC, travel agency, or hospitality environment in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
• Basic understanding of reservations, tour operations, and itinerary preparation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Tour Plan and WETU will be an added advantage.
