Sales Interns Job (20K)

About the Internship
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Sales Interns to join our growing team. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to build a successful career in sales through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured development.
The program offers an opportunity to learn practical sales execution, customer engagement, business development, reporting, and commercial operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Successful interns may be considered for future permanent opportunities within the organization based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Learn and consistently apply the company’s sales processes and standards.
- Conduct market research and customer prospecting.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer communications.
- Learn and assist the sales team to update and maintain CRM and sales databases.
- Learn and provide support in client engagement, prospecting, pursuing business opportunities and qualifying customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or candidate awaiting graduation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of personal discipline, professionalism, integrity and time management skills.
