Sales Executive – Karatina Job
Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to grow a leading personal care brand? We’re looking for energetic Sales Executives to drive market penetration for our sanitary pads brand across key towns.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers
- Conduct product demos and educate shop owners/attendants on product USPs
- Secure premium, eye-level shelf placement and ensure consistent stock availability
- Meet and exceed monthly volume and revenue targets
- Provide weekly market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and stock trends
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year FMCG route-to-market sales experience (personal care/hygiene/cosmetics preferred)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a “head-hunter” mentality
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep knowledge of the retail/wholesale landscape in at least one target town
