Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate (C- and above)
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage
- Possessing a valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage
Salary
- A competitive commission structure will be offered to successful candidates.
