Relationship Officer – Rongai Job Springboard Capital

Job Responsibilities
- Source prospective customer leads (referrals, cross- selling, marketing activations, and sales leads).
- Explain product features clearly to customers and treat them according to company guidelines.
- Guide customers on how to fill application forms for various products.
- Verify customer documents (National ID/Passport, KRA PIN, etc.).
- Forward completed applications to the relevant authority (Agency Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Relationship Officer).
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate
- A business-related course from a recognized institution
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in a related role (financial industry preferred)

- Strong ICT skills (MS Office & internet proficiency)
- Ability to interact with different levels of management and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
