Job Description
- As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving sales excellence.Â
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.Â
- Staying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.Â
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies.
- Educating clients about Lifecare’s diverse insurance products.Â
- Collaborating with Insurers and the internal team to deliver exceptional service.Â
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance brokerage/ insurance sector. (At least 2 years)
- Strong background in Health insurance, International Personal Medical Insurance.Â
- Certification/s from COP, or similar.Â
- Excellent communication skills in English, and at least one additional international language is an added advantage.Â
- Good understanding of general and life insurance products.Â
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.Â
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Â
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
