tma is looking for a driven and high energy Recruitment Consultant (360) to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The role requires someone who can think critically, work with urgency, and confidently manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.

This position is fully office based and operates on Australia hours. The working hours are 12am to 9am and may adjust slightly due to daylight savings time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment processes from job brief through to placement
• Source and engage high quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking and proactive outreach
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assess skills, motivations and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates
• Stay close to the market, identifying talent trends and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation and internal systems

What We Are Looking For

• Recruitment agency experience preferred
• High energy with the ability to work at pace and manage shifting priorities
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident interviewer who can probe deeper and assess candidates effectively
• Resilient, organised and commercially minded
• Someone who thrives in a target driven environment
