We are a premium beauty & wellness brand looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage both client interactions and front desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail and can wear multiple hats

  • Welcoming and attending to clients professionally
  • Managing appointments, walk-ins, and daily client flow
  • Handling calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and booking confirmations
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating schedules to minimize delays and overbooking
  • Maintaining updated client records and supporting loyalty initiatives
  • Assisting with upselling services and retail products
  • Supporting administrative tasks and inventory coordination
  • Working closely with stylists, Nail technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations

  • Clients feel welcomed, attended to, and valued from arrival to departure

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 1–3 years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury service environment is an added advantage

  • Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and integrity, especially in cash handling
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking/POS systems
