The Receptionist/Admin at Baraka Prime Properties will work within the real estate sector, supporting property transactions and maintaining the efficiency of office workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and greet clients and visitors with professionalism, directing them appropriately and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages and connecting callers to the correct staff members.
- Manage and respond to incoming emails, ensuring timely communication and proper routing of queries.
- Coordinate and manage office appointments, client meetings, and property viewing bookings using calendar systems.
- Support the preparation, filing, and organisation of property-related documentation and office records.
- Assist with general office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a closely related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Organisational ability with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Experience in real estate administration or property management is advantageous.
