Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client’s requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP and tender submissions.
  • Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes by actively researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential clients and to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant.
  • Generate revenue by assisting in closing sales and achieving set KPIs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Tailor proposals and quotations to align with client needs.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes by actively researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Generate more leads by building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by conducting market analysis developing new relationships with prospective clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Coordinate end-to-end sales order cycle for all Q-SYS products — from proposals, pricing, and demos to contract closure — with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and track client quotations, proposals, and project documentation with zero errors.
  • Liaise with clients, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are on track
  • Organize sales team meetings, demos, site surveys, and technical handovers.
  • Support PoCs (Proof of Concept) and pilots with documentation, TATs, and feedback follow-ups.
