Photographer & Video Editor Job Artcaffè
About the Role
Artcaffè is looking for a Photographer & Video Editor to join their Marketing team and help bring their Restaurant, Market, and Gastro Bar concepts to life visually. This is an entry-level role for someone who can shoot and edit confidently across food, lifestyle, and in-store content, and who’s comfortable working at the pace of a fast-moving F&B and hospitality brand.
You’ll be behind the camera at shoots, in the edit suite turning raw footage into polished content, and working closely with the marketing and CRM teams to keep our visual content fresh, consistent, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot photo and video content across food, beverage, store environments, events, and campaigns.
- Edit footage into content for social media, digital ads, in-store screens, and web.
- Capture and edit food/product photography to a premium hospitality standard.
- Manage lighting, composition, and styling on set, including coordinating with food stylists where needed.
- Organize, catalogue, and archive raw and edited assets.
- Color grade and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all three concepts.
- Support occasional event coverage (launches, activations, press days).
- Use AI tools where useful to speed up editing, color grading, or content variations.
Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in photography, film, multimedia production, or similar (or a strong portfolio/reel that speaks for itself).
- Proficiency with a DSLR/mirrorless camera and basic lighting setups.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for editing (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing.
- An eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots/edits and tight turnaround times.
- Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of footage and images.
Nice to have
- Experience shooting food or hospitality content specifically.
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects).
- Experience with AI-assisted editing or content tools.
