Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in from a recognized institution
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols
Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swahili
Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to ethical nursing practice
