This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in our hotel based in Amboseli. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations, managing resources, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.
