Responsibilities
- Managing office workflow and administrative support functions
- Coordinating documents, correspondence and records
- Supporting scheduling, meetings and routine office communication
- Assisting in preparation of administrative reports and briefs
equirements for Appointment:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D- (minus) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in computer application skills; and
- Demonstrated merit and ability in supervisory role
