The Nutritionist / Dietitian will deliver practical, evidence-informed nutrition care to patients in their Metabolic Reset program. You will translate medical and metabolic goals into realistic food strategies that fit everyday Kenyan life and support long-term improvements in weight, energy, blood sugar, blood pressure and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalised meal strategies.
- Provide practical, culturally relevant guidance using everyday Kenyan foods and environments.
- Support patients on GLP-1 medications with nutrition and lifestyle counselling.
- Deliver behaviour-focused nutrition counselling and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Track progress using agreed program metrics and ensure clear documentation.
- Develop program resources, patient education materials and support tools.
Qualifications
- Strong communicator who coaches behaviour with empathy and accountability.
- Passionate about metabolic health and helping people build long-term health and confidence.
- Clinically grounded, warm, non-judgmental and patient-centred.
- Understands the physical, emotional and social realities of weight and lifestyle change.
