Merchandisers Job Beta Healthcare
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in store merchandising
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Experience merchandising pharmaceutical or OTC products is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain attractive in-store product displays
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment
- Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising activities
- Build relationships with retail store staff and ensure merchandising compliance
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and planogram compliance
- Educate customers and store staff on product features and benefits
- Prepare reports on merchandising activities, stock levels, and sales performance
