Job Purpose
To ensure effective in-store execution of cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products by maintaining optimal product visibility, availability, and presentation in line with brand standards, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves, stands, and displays according to planograms.
- Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Set up promotional displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.
- Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
- Engage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.
- Support in upselling and cross-selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
- Ensure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic data reporting skills (Excel or mobile reporting tools)
