Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Promptly diagnose mechanical faults and identify equipment failures, implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
- Monitor machine performance closely and proactively identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to failure.
- Provide valuable feedback to supervisors regarding recurring equipment issues and propose opportunities for improvement.
- Actively participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in FMCG, detergent, chemical, or powder processing industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair techniques, coupled with a strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks.
