Job Description

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions, trainings, and roadshows.
• Help create and edit marketing materials, including presentations, posters, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and updating content regularly.
• Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails and newsletters.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or events.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media analytics tools.
• Interest or exposure to the security or technology industry is a plus.
