Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote loan products and generate new business opportunities.
- Assist clients with loan applications by explaining requirements and collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and field visits to increase customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company’s systems.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by participating in marketing campaigns and customer outreach activities.
