Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in debt collection, credit recovery or loan collection.
- Good understanding of business SME loan and lending processes.
- Ability to follow up on overdue loans, negotiate repayments and meet recovery targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
