Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi for a Human Resources Assistant. Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and handling Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of Training facilitation and development practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
