Location: Baobab Beach Resort & Spa, Diani, Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness standards across rooms and public areas.
- Lead morning briefings and guide room attendants.
- Train staff on SOPs and uphold service standards.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Prepare daily housekeeping and room status reports.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Housekeeping or related hospitality course.
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Computer literate with attention to detail.
- Additional foreign language is an added advantage.
- Professional, organized, and service-driven.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
