Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and registering patients at hospital reception
- Booking appointment for patients to specialty and consultants’ clinics
- Storing and retrieving medical records and documents
- Preparing clinics capturing data from service points
- Maintaining record safely and confidentially
- Directing patients to relevant clinics.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution
- Registration certificate issued by Health Records & Information Managers (HRIM) Board
- Valid practicing license
- Certificate in computer skills from a recognized institution.
