Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise barista teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in inventory management and stock control
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and consistency
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of coffee equipment operation and maintenance
