This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include training clients on product usage, managing sales processes, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for clients
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with the cleaning, hygiene, or cosmetic industries is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
