Qualifications
Applicants must:
- be a teaching staff from a RUFORUM member university and be formally nominated by their home/sending university;
- hold a relevant Master’s degree OR its equivalent, in a relevant field from the University of Eldoret OR other recognized institutions of higher learning.
- demonstrate strong academic standing and potential for independent research;
- show interest and capacity to contribute to teaching, mentoring, laboratory/field practicals, and community engagement;
- submit a concept note or research proposal that is clearly aligned to the dairy value chain and related ASEC-Dairy priorities of this call;
- be willing to relocate and reside at the University of Eldoret for the duration of the programme;
- preferably not above 40 years of age at the time of application;
- demonstrate financial need and commitment to complete the training within the expected timeframe; and
- not hold another scholarship that fully supports the same programme of study.
